I didn't love either of those books, but they were both okay. I read All the Colors Of the Dark for a book club. One of my favorite things about book club is reading books I wouldn't normally experience.
I have been in numerous book clubs over the years but the last one in person that I was in really just stopped picking anything worth reading (imho) or it was always historical fiction. I got bored with them. I do love my online book club and I miss the book club my mom and her friend ran while they were alive. I don't feel I'm missing out though and don't particularly have the time anymore for another book club so maybe again someday I'll join another? Not sure. But I read a lot of thrillers, the last 22 books I read were thrillers (I did count because I am going to read a romance next), I like a genre flip every now and then... but I'm sick of historical fiction 😆 it's repeating itself anyway and we are living it now, not to get political... anyway, I am glad you got to read All the Colors of the Dark--I'm meeting 2 thriller authors this summer so I'm looking forward to that!
